WHEEL ALIGNER + TRU-POINT™ ADAS
CALIBRATION | ONE CONNECTED
CHASSIS-TO-SENSOR WORKFLOW
Wheel alignment can no longer live in isolation. Modern steering, lane
centering, automatic emergency braking, and other ADAS features
depend on chassis geometry that sits within tight OEM tolerances; if
missed, cameras, radars, and sensors ‘see’ the world wrong.
Shops that own alignment and ADAS calibration control quality, reduce liability, shorten cycle time, and capture meaningful revenue.
John Bean—longtime alignment innovator and a Snap-on brand—
has answered that need with its all-new V4400 Commander wireless,
drive-through wheel aligner and its Tru-Point one-stop ADAS calibration system.
Together, they create a practical path for general repair, tire, and collision
facilities to validate alignment, position targets precisely, and document a
completed calibration without shuffling vehicles off-site.
THE JOHN BEAN STORY
John Bean introduced the world’s first wheel aligner in 1925 and has
spent a century building undercar service equipment for garages, tire
shops, and body repair facilities worldwide. The company became part of
Snap-on Incorporated in 1996, giving it global scale, OEM program access,
and integration across the broader Total Shop Solutions equipment family
(balancers, changers, lifts, ADAS tools, and more).
V4400 COMMANDER: FAST, FLEXIBLE, ADAS-AWARE ALIGNMENT
The V4400 is a clean-sheet, wireless, drive-through imaging aligner built
around dual remote camera towers, each carrying two high-resolution
cameras. Because the towers do not require a cross-view camera or
line-of-sight between them, the system tolerates real-world bay obstructions and tight footprints. Tower spacing flexibility lets shops work in nar-
